很喜歡吃石鍋拌飯,之前去玉豆腐成功店與楠梓店,都沒有這選項,
這天來逛夢時代,發現有賣當然二話不說就進去吃啦!
夢時代店跟其他分店有些許不同,
以煲鍋、拌飯這種易端到公共座位區的小鍋為主,
如果要端到公區用餐,便沒有低消與服務費的限制,
價位自然比較便宜些,對於想省荷包的朋友,無疑是個好選擇。

然後散發出令人垂涎的微焦香,非常誘人。

除了蔬菜的脆口外,還有魚卵逼逼波波的有趣口感,
然後是石鍋飯的精隨 - 那帶點黏牙、越嚼越香的鍋巴,
我是攪拌完然後放到滋滋聲沒了才開始吃,
所以那鍋巴完全吸滿了醬油的香味,特別好吃。

攪拌均勻後的石鍋飯,橘紅色彩看著就胃口大開,
泡菜與龍鬚菜為其添上一筆爽脆口感,
它的辣是溫順不刺激的,如果不是因為燙,
實在不願意停下來吹涼再吃…(小貓舌頭,沒辦法…
放得比較久所以底部都是鍋巴,吃起來更香。
燒肉吃起來並不柴硬,口感適中。

吸飽湯汁,濕潤又帶有微微嚼勁口感。
稍微查了一下,黃太魚沒曬乾前叫做明太魚(黃線狹鱈),
在戶外木架晾曬,經過三個月時間反覆冰凍、融化約30次後,
明太魚開始轉變成黃色,所以才叫黃太魚。
