雞肉很大一塊,且十分結實彈嫩,
韓國年糕是很有嚼勁不過軟的那種口感,
辣中帶著微甜醬汁與濃郁起司結合,

起司豬肉嫩豆腐煲+石鍋飯
不只有套餐才有附石鍋飯,
單點煲鍋都會附,還有五樣特色小菜,
食量不大的朋友,建議點煲鍋來吃就可以了。
豆腐煲的主角當然就是裡頭大塊的豆腐啦!
之前在屏東也有吃過豆腐煲,但他們用的是傳統豆腐,
質地比較粗,黃豆味也比較明顯。
但玉豆腐用的是比較像豆花那樣不是完整的一大塊方型,
所以一開始錯把滑嫩的豆腐當成了蛋白,
還在那邊想說裡頭怎麼沒有豆腐…😅

口感比較像豆花,且黃豆香沒有很明顯,
吃起來比熟透的蛋白要嫩,
裡頭的食材除了豬肉外,還有菇類、小卷、蚵仔…等,
湯頭喝起來清爽中帶有蔬菜味兒~

滑嫩雞蛋、脆口金針菇與香菇…裡頭的料一樣豐富,
湯本身就是辛口的辣,再加上韓國泡菜的酸辣,
這辣上加辣啊…讓我有點招架不住,
一口湯、一口石鍋飯,才稍微嚇阻了辣對舌頭的侵襲,
不過,這樣吃完…整個好飽啊!😅
