第一吃是基礎吃法,以米白荷葉麵餅放上片皮脆肉軟帶飽滿肉汁的片鴨肉、淡淡蔥香微辛蔥段、清脆爽口黃瓜條、淋上花生芝麻香濃特調甜麵醬,包夾捲起後品嚐,各種食材滋味分分合合,不搶味相互截長補短,十分美妙!
分兩口慢慢吃就好,我就是太急著想吃,直接一口悶,然後就被蔥段還小黃瓜段頂到喉頭差點噎到!現在想想覺得…鴨子反正都已經烤熟跑不掉了我是在急什麼…😮💨

鴨架的肉質稍微硬一些,應該有先炸過再去爆炒、收汁,所以鴨架肉非常入味且較有嚼感,對於喜歡啃食骨頭肉的人來說,會吃得很過癮喔!

總之這家鴨點棧烤鴨港點專賣我自己很喜歡,也非常推薦一定要預約廣式明爐烤鴨來吃,然後加價烤鴨二吃,去試試不同料理方式呈現出來的烤鴨風味。
若是人多,就建議預訂全鴨,然後最少要升級加購『烤鴨握壽司』,吃完絕對會很想念那鴨皮薄脆、鴨油噴香潤口的滋味!
另外今年推出的新菜品我自己真的很愛『梅汁鴨架骨』、『泡菜炒鴨片』、『明治抹茶煎堆』、和季節限定的『楊枝甘露』,推薦給大家囉!
