很常去品盛蝦豚飯吃晚餐,
跟老闆聊天時聊到這家糕品質現烤古早味蛋糕,
他說滿好吃的,推薦我們去試試看,

桌面上已經出爐了一板爆漿巧克力蛋糕,當然先搶先贏!
想說順便買原味和起司,但出爐時間還沒到,
等待時跟老闆娘聊了一下,她說其實是女兒想開這間店,
辭去了藥劑師的工作,北上學習製作古早味蛋糕的技術,
沒有鮮豔花俏的裝飾、沒有高超的擠花技術,
只想把樸實不添加香精、香料,新鮮現烤的美味,
傳達給吃到這塊古早味蛋糕的大家。

每份古早味蛋糕大約是一斤(台斤)左右,
比起蛋糕店一小塊就要六、七十元的小蛋糕,
這樣子的價位其實很平價。

苦甜內餡結合綿軟巧克力蛋糕體,
稍微緩沖了一下那濃到化不開的滋味,
上頭一顆顆苦甜巧克力米,有點酥酥的口感,
整體搭配頗有層次,我喜歡再配上一杯溫牛奶,
很有在喝熱可可的那種幸福感,
不過,它口味有比較重些,
建議想吃時候切一小塊慢慢吃就好。

口感十分雅緻,如果放到冷凍庫冰一陣子再吃,
就會呈現雪糕般的口感,兩種口感端看自己喜愛那種,
我個人是比較喜歡第二種,熱熱的天氣吃冰涼的蛋糕最享受了!
無添加人工香料與防腐劑,
所以沒吃完要密封後放冷藏,
三天內必需食用完畢!
不過我覺得還是當天吃完比較好,
放進冷藏後,吃起來的口感就變得比較紮實,
也沒那麼濕潤了,我個人還是偏愛濕潤點的口感。
