想吃月餅還能自己做,但有些需要烤箱的甜點,我還真沒辦法,
前些天朋友來高雄市區玩,順道帶了兩盒茗軒菓子工坊的中秋節禮盒來給我們吃,
漂亮的禮盒讓我好期待它們吃起來會是怎樣的口感,
想不到除了用料紮實,吃起來又不膩口,
而且沒有添加對身體有負擔的添加物,
雖然保存期限不長,但卻能吃得好安心!

朋友說,必須要到社團或粉絲專業去訂購,
所以吃完就跑去加社團了,
加進去才發現其實裡頭的糕點作品好多樣,
選用的禮盒也很清雅別緻頗深得我心。

我個人很喜歡土鳳梨酥那酸酸甜甜的厚實滋味,

與Q脆濃郁有酸度的土鳳梨果肉結合,
柔化了果肉的酸,使得整體味道更加平衡協調。

船型豆塔淋上奶油焦糖,
我覺得跟蔓越莓乾的酸度搭配得很好,
酸酸甜甜不會膩,再加上夏威夷豆和餅底奶香結合,
口感豐富又很有層次感,非常好吃!
