今天來吃的這一小鍋草衙道店,也是這種方式供餐,讓我比較心動的是肉品有低脂雞胸肉可以選擇,對於想控制體重、又想滿足口慾的族群來說,簡直聚會時救星一般的存在啊!
用餐時間只有90分鐘,我就沒有拍得太細,大方向拍一拍,趕在時間內吃好比較重要!

菜色多樣,而且服務人員補貨補得相當勤,常常看到還剩四分之一左右吧,就立刻補上新菜了,有時會有一點點變動,比如前兩輪沒有食材,下一輪有可能會出現這樣。

低溫保鮮是真的做得不錯,就是時常整片霧茫茫看不太清楚檯面,有點…盲夾的感覺,尤其右上角那一塊完全看不到、水霧撥都撥不開、仙氣繚繞得很啊哈哈哈😂~

蔬菜部份我覺得清洗揀選得蠻乾淨,至少這次來吃沒發現有變色爛掉的菜葉。

因為它不是現場直接炒,所以我覺得香氣不是很豐盈,湯喝起來不會太鹹太重口,煮蔬菜、雞肉這些味道較單一的食材很剛好。
