魚皮保有燒烤的香氣,吸附湯汁的魚肉吃來十分嫩滑鮮甜,即便久煮頂多也只會讓它稍微變得結實並不會變柴,吸滿湯汁甜麻辛辣精華,再夾進酸豆、花生同吃,多了酸豆輕輕的酸與花生香脆,更加豐富有深度,很適合開一瓶冰涼啤酒來搭配喔!

小龍蝦上桌前已先料理煮熟了,所以直接就可以開吃,但我為什麼會有一種…一群小龍蝦圍著烤魚跳著海帶啊海帶~海帶啊海帶的即視感!突然覺得好可愛下不了手了…😂所以還得讓相機先食留下紀念才有辦法開吃!😅
店裡所使用的小龍蝦皆為生態養殖,所以不用擔心寄生蟲之類的食安問題,可以敞開了胃放心吃!
在送上烤魚時,服務人員亦會送上數個塑膠手套,而輕鬆剝小龍蝦的方法我拍在上面的影片裡了,只要記住這口訣就很簡單:蝦頭左右轉一轉、蝦身往裡壓一壓、翻身兩邊往下折、輕鬆拉出殼中蝦~

臭豆腐也非常推薦要加點,它有著溫和不濃烈的發酵豆香,外層裹上廣西湯底的甜辣香麻,就是廣西味的麻辣臭豆腐啊!

選用胖嘟嘟的日本圓茄子,賣相十分可愛!圓茄的肉吃起來像水果,滑嫩水潤一抿就像要化開一樣,而且完全沒有台灣茄子的茄生味,非常好吃,再澆上大火快炒的肉臊子,並灑上有著孜然香氣的調料,使得本就不凡的茄子增添大草原的粗獷燒烤氣息。

藏在巷子裡的賣烤魚的,有兩條路線可以到達。

小龍蝦的肉吃起來其實不輸白蝦、泰國蝦,肉質緊實甜脆,蝦味也更加濃郁而且沒有土味,然後一定要再去沾點甜辣湯汁,更夠味兒~

用餐空間不算大,桌數不多,很貼心在每個座位都放了垃圾桶,所以我整個晚上吃下來都沒看到地上有紙屑亂跑的狀況,而且服務人員清理桌面的速度也很快,隨時都把店裡整理得乾淨整潔。

用餐空間不算大,桌數不多,很貼心在每個座位都放了垃圾桶,所以我整個晚上吃下來都沒看到地上有紙屑亂跑的狀況,而且服務人員清理桌面的速度也很快,隨時都把店裡整理得乾淨整潔。
不但餐點好吃、價格實惠、環境乾淨令人放鬆,難怪從開門一直到最後收客的00:00都人聲鼎沸、座無虛席,所以想來賣烤魚的用餐,記得一定要提前先訂位喔!
老闆之前在廣西工作過,看到當地料理廣西烤魚十分受到人們歡迎,回臺灣後因為太想念廣西烤魚的滋味,自行研究開發出比較適合臺灣人的口味後開了這家店,一邊回味著在廣西的日子,一邊與臺灣的大家分享廣西當地美味菜色,也把在家鄉的生活過得有聲有色!
