蝦猴很大隻,而且外殼炸得酥脆,裡面還保留一點點蝦肉,又甜又鮮又香,在肉粿湯裡起到了畫龍點睛之效。

店家自己炸的香腸切成薄片,口感微微彈脆,邊咀嚼邊透出脂肪帶來的甜香。

湯裡的肉是使用溫體里肌豬肉,自己切、燙熟再加調料炒過,香又不油比較符合我的口味,畢竟已經有香腸片了,再用帶油脂的肉會很膩,所以這樣很剛好平衡了整體口感。

吃東港肉粿不用大老遠跑去東港,在高雄鳳山就能吃到,下午在衛武營運動、散步之後,來買一碗回去當點心也很剛好。
