前陣子IG好流行菜市場特色美食喔!開在苓雅市場入口附近的油蔥酥暖南食堂,保留了臺灣傳統經絡推拿的特色招牌、以及傳統市場方型白磁磚,稍加裝飾布置,搖身一變就成了清新特色小餐館,店裡販售著以四品小菜+一主食+白飯為一組的百元套餐、辣炒年糕、煎餅、湯鍋類的韓國家庭料理,選擇雖然不多卻道道經典美味,似乎就像走進了韓劇中的韓國家庭、或是小吃攤用餐的感覺,如果再來瓶韓國燒酒小酎一番,就更有風情啦!

老闆的妹妹是韓國媳婦兒,之前都會時不時到韓國跟親家學習道地韓國家庭的家常料理,自己愛吃也熱情分享給喜歡韓國料理的臺灣人,所以在結束之前燒烤店的營運後,決定以更接地氣的方式與價格,讓大家也能品嚐到韓國道地家常味兒!
因疫情與小孩教育的關係,老闆妹妹目前留在臺灣並在店裡幫忙打理大部份的事務,有什麼關於韓國的問題,如果她有空就可以請教她,我自己是覺得闆妹滿好聊的而且說話聲音好溫柔啊!!😍這次去闆妹不在,另外兩名員工不光是顏質在線也很好聊天,做事很有效率不拖沓,還跟我們偷偷透露未來可能燒烤店會再開,以前有吃過【油蔥酥韓國烤肉村】的朋友,可以期待一下囉~

這一整份套餐若是拿掉托盤就真的是在韓國家庭吃飯有一盤一盤小菜那樣~
橘紅色辣炒雞看起來就很有食慾,吃起來韓式辣醬辛辣搭配雞腿肉的緊實彈嫩,一旁的米飯份量不少,大約正常一碗半的感覺,如果覺得太多,是可以請店員給少一點啦~

可以一口白飯一口辣炒雞,或是包著底下的生菜吃,但我自己最喜歡把米飯和辣炒雞拌在一起吃,裹上醬汁的白飯香香辣辣更有整體感。

是用銅鍋盛裝的個人鍋,有配一碗白飯,亦可加價換成韓國泡麵。
湯裡配料很豐富,豬肉片、高麗菜、金針菇、洋蔥,喝起來屬於有一點高湯的甘甜,但甜度很低,倒是韓式辣醬辣味清晰突出,而且一定要加進飯裡當湯泡飯才夠韓啊!韓劇裡的妹子不都這樣吃嗎哈哈!😁▼辣炒年糕($100)

裡頭有放年糕、魚糕片、小鳥蛋、洋蔥、火腿片,年糕非常Q彈有嚼勁,醬汁有著高湯的甘甜與韓國辣醬的醇厚香辣,若不是已經吃不下,不然會很想再來一碗白飯啊!
