然後也因為老闆的妹妹嫁到韓國,婆家正好是開料理店,就跟妹妹的婆婆學習韓國料理,回台開了這家能吃到韓式特色料理與燒烤的店啦!
雖然現在店內面不大,能存放食材的空間有限,但來這裡用餐的人不少,當天採買的食材基本上當天就會消耗完畢,這樣很好的保證了每日食材新鮮度!

韓國當地海鮮辣湯鍋的配方,蔬菜與洋蔥放的量不少,而且還十分脆口不軟爛;
豆腐使用的是傳統板豆腐,吃起來比較實在!

一般韓式煎餅吃起來是薄、軟、Q,但台灣人似乎比較愛又厚又脆的韓式煎餅,所以老闆有做了改良。
這款海鮮煎餅吃起來有點像蔥油餅,表面是微焦脆的,煎餅本身帶稍稍厚實感,裡頭有一些墨魚塊和蝦塊,量雖不多,但每片都能吃到一點。

乍看之下好像起司放得又滿又多對吧!
其實只放了薄薄一層,而這也是這道菜的第一個巧思,因為起司這東西太容易膩口,而這道辣雞有油、又有辣,要是起司放太多…不但破壞了原本辣雞的味道,還會讓整道菜變得又油又膩不好入口,所以薄薄一層起司,我覺得很剛好。

它聞起來有清雅米酒香,喝起來舌尖有些許刺感,甘甜醇厚,味道有點可爾必思的感覺,入肚後會升起溫熱感,這在冬天喝肯定會很暖啊!
老闆說,韓國人喝酒都會先倒在像這樣的小壺裡,然後再倒進碗中飲用…嘖嘖!這對我來說太麻煩了!整瓶拿起來喝不是很輕鬆暢快嗎…還不用浪費時間洗小壺呢!
後來想想,或許是為了方便溫酒吧!畢竟韓國的冬天很冷很冷啊~
