三多路上的巧來香港雲吞麵,開業也有兩年了吧!雖然價格對我們這附近社區的居民來說有些小貴,但卻貴得很有道理,那真材實料的滋味我吃了就忘不掉了!
店裡所有餐點裡的雲吞都是鮮美又大顆的鮮蝦雲吞,就連港式麵條也非常有特色,所以即使價格稍高,我們家也會一、兩個禮拜就去報到一次喔!

雲吞約有一顆乒乓球大小,使用的是鴨蛋麵皮,內餡非常厚工,使用的是手工現剝脆口鮮蝦塊、香港大地魚、一定肥瘦比例的鮮豬肉,並加進雞蛋讓餡料更添滑順感,所以它一入口,輕輕的鴨蛋香氣會先覆滿在舌齒間,接著咬到蝦子的脆與鮮,然後是豬肉結合大地魚那微Q鮮甜。
一顆雲吞從皮到餡都不簡單,層層遞進的滋味,讓人十分眷戀。

它是用麵粉和鴨蛋做的,裡頭不加一滴水,煮法是先在熱水燙10秒,接著過冷水,最後再放回熱水,所以吃起十分Q彈有勁道。
麵條帶有鴨蛋的那種特殊香氣,簡單佐上醬汁讓味道更加醇厚濃香。

湯麵的雲吞超美!好像幾隻金魚在綠色蔬菜與麵條假山間歡快追逐嬉戲,讓一碗看似簡單的雲吞麵有了令人會心一笑的動態畫面。

湯頭也跟一般外面的雲吞麵湯頭非常不一樣,老闆說是用了羅漢果、豬大骨、老母雞、大地魚、蝦子,經至少六小時慢慢熬煮而成,難怪喝起來特別厚實溫潤又順口!
