這家在鳳山光復路底的鴨肉林,應該也是不少鳳山人從小吃到大的在地老店了吧?一碗大碗乾麵30元,再切一盤50元菜料豐富的下水,不用100塊就能吃得好飽,所以從下午三點十五開店後,店裡食客便絡繹不絕,在店裡享用的、外帶回家吃的、打包鴨肉盤或下水回去當晚餐配菜的…,即便此處停車不方便,多年來仍舊門庭若市啊!

才四分之一隻鴨就這麼一大盤,而且鵝黃色的鴨皮看起來亮澤水潤又飽滿,鴨肉紋路清晰略帶著薄薄粉紅,再撒上大量薑絲,怎麼看都好誘人!

嗯…個人覺得鴨肉林的鴨肉吃起來有比米粉伯的水煮鴨肉來得嫩滑些。

這裡的下水有分湯的和乾的,當天天氣比較熱一些所以點了乾的,不是只用豆芽菜和蒜苗撐場,底下鴨腸和鴨珍份量可是紮紮實實的足啊!
鴨腸薄脆略帶點騷味,而鴨珍厚脆有嚼感且無腥臊味,配著豆芽菜和蒜苗吃起來其實就已經很爽口了,再沾點醬油膏,甜甜滑潤又提鮮。

屬於比較軟糯的好咬口感,一點點的黏牙又帶著點糯米香,沾裹甜甜醬油膏和薑絲,特別對味!

乾麵、湯麵都是傳統的這種黃澄澄油麵,簡單淋上醬油膏、豆芽菜、蒜苗,再放上香氣撲鼻的油蔥酥,拌勻之後麵條油油亮亮,吃來醬油膏的甜拌隨油蔥香氣,滋味特別濃郁,然後再補上脆口豆芽與蒜苗,濃厚之中再透出清新。
