帶小朋友到新光三越玩完後,跑到左營吃下午餐,現在都要找這種中午沒在休息的店,才符合我們家的吃飯時間啊!
逛著逛著來到左營美國學校後方的豫湘美食,記得看過網路上食記,似乎是在賣眷村料理的店,第一次看到有人賣泡饃這種料理,而且牛肉泡饃的牛肉切得好大塊,很饞啊!難得來一趟蓮池潭,那就試看看吧!

三大塊牛肉、紅白蘿蔔各一大塊、放上白菜與蔥花的牛肉湯,一大塊厚實且烤得外脆硬內軟實的坨坨饃、還有一碟店家自製酸菜,組合成這樣份餐。
泡饃是中國西北的特色小吃,各地做法不盡相同,主要還是以羊肉泡饃比較普遍,以牛肉替代也是有的。

小碗的三塊牛肉,一塊比一塊又厚又大塊,家附近常去的牛肉麵店裡的牛肉實在沒法兒跟它比!
重點是牛肉不但入味,且香軟柔嫩不乾柴,肉裡的牛筋黏滑且入口即化,實在令人捨不得將它太快吃完。

不過烤饃好像要再撕小塊一些、碎一些,才是西安傳統泡饃的吃法,我們掰得太大塊了,但是比起整個軟軟爛爛的口感,個人還是比較喜歡半濕半脆的滋味,如果你也喜歡這樣,建議泡一塊吃一塊,不要一次泡太多囉~

這看起來雖然很簡單,但是裡面最重要的芝麻醬是自己磨的,香椿也是自己種然後以橄欖油泡成了香椿醬,所以一碗看似簡單的涼麵,其實並不簡單呢!
把沉到底下的黑芝麻醬與所有食材拌勻後,Q彈麵條裹上黑芝麻醬的濃醇香氣,伴隨著香椿清爽氣息,口中散發滿滿芝麻醬香,再加上蒜香提味,滋味非~常~之濃厚,滿滿傳統眷村味兒~
涼麵定期都會有衛生局來稽查,所以可以吃得很安心!

這個也非常特別,通常會覺得用了茄汁的料理跟辣是搭不上邊兒的,可是它這就跟辣醬做結合,番茄的甜香再加上辛辣感,其實很契合耶!
醬汁的酸香較為清新,在番茄香味之中似乎還帶有檸檬清香,它的辣度頗為刺激,從舌尖緩緩蔓延至舌根,Q軟厚實的麵條也抵擋不住那個辣,不過還好沒繼續往喉嚨去,不然邊吃邊流淚可免不了啊!
