結帳時,服務人員會詢問麵包是否要分切,我是…很懶得還要再洗刀、洗砧板,所以請服務人員幫忙切好了。
這款歐式麵包褐色外層十分有嚼勁,並且帶著烘烤酥香,裡頭米白色部份則是濕潤柔軟,並且揉進芝麻、葡萄乾、南瓜子等穀物,口感豐富;
內餡是微甜芋頭泥,香氣柔和帶點沙沙口感,與果香和穀物香氣結合,是很溫暖質樸的鄉村味兒。

從包裝拿出來,首先聞到的是雅緻清爽的檸檬香,外觀像菠蘿麵包,同樣十分有嚼勁,似乎還抹上了薄薄一層不是很甜、也不會過酸的檸檬糖霜,興許…就是香氣來源吧!
中間鬆軟並揉進葡萄乾與一點檸檬皮增添檸檬清香,輕輕柔柔的,自然舒服~

買了三款歐式麵包,褐色表面同樣微脆有咬勁,中間鬆軟有濕潤度,並且揉進了杏桃乾、蔓越莓乾、葡萄乾與水滴巧克力,脆口果乾的果香酸甜之中,又竄出巧克力微苦甜,吃起來頗有驚喜感卻不會令人覺得突兀,很特別的搭配!

外型如法國棍子麵包,外皮脆硬,中間乾而蓬鬆。
山葵明太子內餡不像一般做成美乃滋沙拉的狀態,而是拌進了山葵與奶油,那個奶油感覺是…西餐廳用來抹麵包的那種塊狀奶油、或是一小盒一小盒的那種,吃進嘴裡會有高雅奶油香,然後明太子逼逼波波的口感,伴隨山葵清香,噢!別擔心,它一點也不嗆鼻,整體雅緻爽口,還會有想開瓶紅酒的衝動!
這款我個人非常喜歡!!
不過5月初再去買的時候,就變成把山葵明太子塗在表面的方式了,雖然味道還是一樣,但滿足感就減少了很多說…

長得像披薩,卻完全不是那回事!它吃起來鬆軟濕潤有嚼勁,一咬下烘烤過後的青蔥香氣率先搶佔口腔唱起了甩蔥歌,接著表層乳酪絲脆香緩步而至,當你咬到橘紅色丁狀辣起司時,所以味道立刻被起司的濃郁與辛辣取代,一邊嚼著,蔥香又再慢慢加進來,滋味起伏跌宕令人欣喜。

它跟我們一般吃的白吐司非常不同,這款全麥吐司拿在手上的感覺非常鬆軟柔潤,組織間可以看到細小的褐色麥粉,吃起來非常濕潤柔軟,甜度稍高喔,所以單吃配咖啡、豆漿或鮮奶我覺得就已經很棒了!或者健康點可以烤過之後擺上蛋、生菜、番茄……做成三明治也很不賴!
倘若非抹上點什麼,那就選擇鹹醬吧!塗果醬我覺得太甜了。

我自己試過,放冰箱保存再拿出來,口感會變得像餅乾一樣硬,所以回烤、回溫的方式與時間,最好在結帳時順便詢問清楚再離開,以確保隔天還能吃到如同剛出爐那般的口感喔!

我個人是很愛咬骨頭、甘蔗那樣硬質感食物,所以這些麵包對我來說完全可以吃得很輕鬆不費勁兒,但是對於牙口、咬合力較弱的朋友,建議邊吃邊搭配咖啡、牛奶、紅酒……等飲品,軟化那有嚼勁的外皮、或分切成小塊慢慢吃,不然整塊麵包拿起來啃…其實挺辛苦的…(斜眼看著愛吃又努力咬斷的換牙中女鵝~😂
