甜甜的聖誕節,馬可先生也應景的推出了幾款甜蜜聖誕蛋糕系列,而且非常德國風,也算是目前我吃到他們家比較甜一點的蛋糕、麵包產品了,不過倒也不用太擔心,因為這些產品加了無糖發芽濃豆漿和好多五穀雜糧…等粗食,帶給身體的負擔會比一般過於精製的節慶糕餅來得少很多,所以一年一次的聖誕佳節就放開心吃吧!但記得,吃完還是要好好運動喔!!

幽幽橙香輕撫過鼻息間,吃的時候刻意避開雪白蛋白糖霜,卻讓檸檬清酸趁虛而入,酸過一輪再輕咬蛋白霜來平衡酸度,接著堅果的樸實、蔓越莓與葡萄乾的果香酸甜、橘皮丁的Q軟清新輪番較勁,最後由底下的切達起士鹹香反轉甜蜜,為唇齒間帶入錦繡繁華!
怕酸的朋友可以放冰箱隔日再吃,酸度就沒有那麼高囉~但個人覺得,帶點酸會比較香、且有層次感。

因為這款的甜度高,所以我喜歡搭配無糖黑咖啡來平衡它的甜,若不喝咖啡,搭配其他無糖茶飲也很契合喔!

這款聖誕麵包有巧克力與肉桂兩種口味,不過,像這樣的麵包,感覺巧克力會比較對味,也較有聖誕節氣息,所以便選擇了巧克力口味啦!
