平常買鹽水雞都是在路邊攤車買,而且好像都只有單一種口味吧!
但鮮鹽堂的鹽水雞就有四種口味可以選擇,離西子灣捷運站步行只要五分鐘的西子灣二代店,甚至還能坐在室內邊吹冷氣邊吃,舒適程度與衛生條件也比知名冰店來得好上許多,不少中山大學的師生都常來這裡買。
現在來西子灣玩除了吃冰之外,這冰涼夠味的鹽水雞,也會是夏日消暑很棒的選擇!

清爽又帶著點微甜微辣的招牌泰式,是我個人最喜歡的口味,選了海帶根、玉米筍、大黑豆干、德國香腸、豬脆腸、鹽燒嫩雞腿做搭配,吃的時候檸檬香率先衝入口中,泰式甜辣醬的甜隨後跟上,最後才釋出微微的辣,搭配脆口青木瓜絲,每一口都是這麼有層次,招牌,當之無愧!

如其名的嫩且不柴,吸飽了醬汁的雞腿肉,吃起來就是泰式檸檬雞的感覺,只是不那麼酸辣,也不油,在炎熱的夏季特別好入口。

這一上桌就飄來陣陣蔥香,雖說是油蔥但其實並不油,清清爽爽的蔥香伴隨胡椒辛口感,特別想來瓶冰啤酒!
選了甜椒、娃娃菜、科學麵、花枝魚板、手工米血、豬脆腸、豬耳朵、雞冠、雞皮做搭配。
科學麵條搭配脆口甜椒與娃娃菜,充份攪拌均勻後,麵條充滿了油蔥香,還有蔬菜鮮甜,順口不油膩。

這有那麼點麻辣燙的感覺,又辣又麻還伴隨著一點中藥材的香,邊吃邊出汗,愛吃辣的朋友肯定會覺得很過癮!
選了小黃瓜、四季豆、花椰菜、花枝魚板、大黑豆干、豬耳朵、雞腸、雞心來搭配,覺得內臟類跟麻辣味道很搭,所以多選了一款沒吃過的雞腸來嘗試看看。
中間那個是雞腸,口感很特別,外皮脆,裡頭有一點點粉粉的。

相較上面三種,和風的滋味就比較趨於甘甜樸實,但好處是可以清楚嚐到食材原本的味道,所以選了甜椒、筊白筍、豆皮、溏心蛋、百頁豆腐、飛魚卵腸、雞腱、鹽燒嫩腿排這些食材,搭配甜中帶柴魚香氣的醬汁,是很清朗的滋味。
滑嫩溏心蛋,蛋黃濃郁微稠,蛋白彈滑,還有鹹甜醬香。
