這家沒有店名的小吃店開在鳳林路上已經有17年,我們從學生時代吃到現在,即使對面的眷村拆遷了,還是有好多老顧客不辭千里而來,就為這在別處也吃不到的懷念好滋味!

我心目中的第一名、超害怕以後會吃不到的、心心念念的,就是這碗淋上雞汁與雞油的手撕傳統雞絲飯!
前一陣子因為老闆娘生病而休息了好長一段時間,以為不會再開業了,便開始在市區找尋有沒有差不多味道的雞絲飯,結果當然是…失望透頂,每家都是淋肉燥…😒
根本全都是肉燥飯,一點雞香味都沒有嘛!(翻桌…😡
〝唉!再也吃不到好吃雞肉飯了!〞這句話,我至少唸了…到發現他們又開業!黑心大熊都快被我煩死了!😆😆
淋在飯上的雞汁與是用很多很多雞下去熬的精華,再炒紅蔥頭提香,
白飯上頭放了滿滿手撕雞肉,再淋上香醇雞汁,均勻攪拌混合後,每湯匙都能吃到雞肉絲與雞汁香味,而且不油膩呦!

是店裡的招牌,超脆口的魷魚放好多,現在魷魚很貴耶!
它完全沒有乾貨味,然後伴隨沙茶香氣、爽脆豆芽菜與九層塔清香,這才是記憶中傳統沙茶魷魚焿的滋味啊!

超脆口魷魚切得好大塊,沾上加蒜頭碎與香蔥的醬油膏,微微蒜香和醬油膏鹹甜,為味道淡的魷魚增添風味。

大腸還蠻香的而且又放好多,滷得非常入味,帶點油脂的大腸吃起來很柔軟帶一點點微Q,羹湯雖偏甜,但是自己熬煮雞汁柴魚高湯下去做,喝起來不是太過稠的那種;
另外還有加虱目魚漿,吃起來有一絲絲魚香,口感微彈。

肥瘦參半的QQ肉燥與香醇濃郁滷汁淋在細麵上,微鹹甘甜;
我喜歡再加上些許老闆娘自己炒的辣醬,唇齒間多了一味香辣,使得再簡單不過的乾麵,也能有讓人懷念的好滋味!
