天氣熱,我喜歡把它放到冷凍冰一陣子,然後室溫退冰5~10分鐘,
吃起來就會有在吃雪糕的感覺,冰冰涼涼又有花香加持,很是消暑。

有機發芽黑豆漿
最近給了自己一個減肥計畫,盡量避免多餘糖分攝取,
但早餐還是必須吃得營養飽足,所以飲品我會比較偏向選擇無糖豆漿,
比起一般咖啡、飲料要來的有飽足感,
而發芽黑豆的營養價值又比一般豆漿要高出不少,
更容易消化吸收,也不容易脹氣。

這兩日因為感冒沒辦法喝冰涼的東西,所以都會把它加熱之後再喝,
我覺得加熱後的豆香越發明朗,喝起來也較為溫順。
