我覺得這兩款不管是自己吃還是當成彌月蛋糕都非常合適,

幾乎每口都能吃到桂圓微Q、以及細緻的棗泥香,
但因為桂圓本身就帶有甜度,
所以這款吃起來…個人覺得稍微甜了些,
好在馬可先生是以加拿大楓樹糖漿來取代高熱量的白糖、砂糖,
而爽口豆漿味兒的內餡,也平衡了那稍甜口感,
所以整體吃起來香甜卻不膩口。

若以冷凍方式,則保存於5℃以下,可保存約14天;
不過,因為產品都是新鮮現做,冷藏、冷凍過久,鮮度會隨時間而減低,
個人建議還是別久放,買了就趕緊吃完吧!

市面上有不少手工豆漿、黑豆漿,但發芽豆漿倒是首次喝,
我們都知道馬鈴薯、地瓜發芽了就不能吃了,
但發芽黃豆卻是營養價值更高的好食材,
上網google了一下:黃豆經初發芽的過程,其維生素A、E、C及B群急速增加,
紅蘿蔔素比一般黃豆增加了1~2倍、維生素B2增加2~4倍、
葉酸成倍增加、普林減少,對於痛風者可以酌量攝取;
用發芽黃豆打成豆漿飲用,對正在發育的學童、
或是對懷孕初期需要大量葉酸、大量營養的孕媽咪是很不錯的選擇呢!
尤其懷孕初期,吃什麼吐什麼,葉酸錠又超難吃,還是喝豆漿比較舒服…

而豆類在料理之前最好先泡水、發芽過,
泡水膨脹,使裡頭酵素活性化,蛋白質轉變成活性氨基酸,
澱粉變單醣,維生素增加數倍;
發芽則是避免吃了之後脹氣、風濕痛或關節炎,
所以用這樣子的黑豆來研磨成豆漿,想當然營養價值也是最高的啦!

好!這名稱有點讓人誤會,它其實也是使用有機發芽黃豆磨的豆漿,
只是加入了黑木耳碎、冬瓜露和水所熬煮調製而成,
並非是使用發芽黑木耳做的喔!
