在美食社團被這家脆穀韓式炸雞的文章給燒到,就約了朋友在過年期間過來喝酒吃肉小聚一下,點了雙拼的兩種不同口味韓式炸雞、帶有韓國麻油清香的韓國飯捲、超特別的韓國炸年糕,能吃飽也能吃巧,然後店裡九點半後會切換成很有情調的夜店模式,想在下班後小酌一下也不一定就要跑餐酒館,來點韓國燒酒、燒啤,搭配韓式炸雞也很讚啊!!
今天來用餐,發現店裡真的有韓國朋友來這裡用餐小酌,然後外帶、外送超多,大部分都是先電話預訂後再到店取餐,也有【粉紅熊貓外送】、【UberEats】還有【店家本身的外送系統】,想在家吃或無法到店吃的朋友可以多多利用喔!

位在明華路上的脆穀韓式炸雞,回頭率真的很高耶!可能因為店面完全是落地玻璃能輕易看到漂亮內裝,我在店外等朋友時,每組經過的路人都會轉頭往裡面看一會兒才又舉步離開。😆

炸到酥脆的炸雞外皮淋上磨到很細緻的蒜蓉,再灑上少許海苔粉做裝飾,還未入口便已先聞到陣陣蒜香;吃進嘴裡它真的很蒜,口感跟蜂蜜炸雞是一樣的,但入口就一股濃郁蒜香先竄進口鼻間,卻不會蒜到嘴巴張開就一股濃濃蒜味,超配韓國燒酒!!!

我第一次吃這種用炸的韓國年糕,感覺好酷喔!它吃起來外皮薄脆裡頭是略硬的Q糯感,很有嚼勁、而且是會越嚼越香的那種,裹在外頭的韓式辣醬十分厚香,而且是真的會在舌尖上辣很久的那種,愛吃辣的朋友點這個就對了!配燒啤整個舌頭好刺激啊!

韓國飯捲裡頭有蛋、小黃瓜、醃蘿蔔、豬肉與韓國泡菜,整體紮實豐富不鬆散,吃起來有泡菜的酸、微辣與脆,還有醃蘿蔔與小黃瓜清爽酸甜脆口、豬肉香我覺得有被前面的菜搶味兒了,是最後嚼完菜才透出肉香;其實米飯還用韓國香油拌過,但因為這道泡菜豬肉口味較重沒有吃出來,我想如果點其他淡味的飯捲,應該就能吃出一絲絲淡淡麻油清香吧!下次再點別的口味試試!

看起來雖然很像義式肉醬但味道完全不一樣,肉醬的味道很特別,有一股豐厚濃郁的韓味,似乎是加了某種韓式醬料下去煮的吧!我覺得很特別可以嘗試~

入座後會送上三種不一樣的韓式小菜,吃完還可以再續,後來還有吃到隱藏版用生小卷加韓國辣醬醃的小菜,超好吃難怪老闆要藏起來!😂

之前去牧穀韓式燒烤也有喝這支,我覺得配口味較重的韓式炸雞、或者容易喝醉的朋友頗適合喝CASS的,因為它喝起來比較清透,沒什麼苦味只有淡淡微醺酒精氣息,我都直接乾掉整瓶~😅

水果燒酒加CASS的調酒,可以買了自己調成喜歡的感覺,或是直接點歐巴特調$220也可以,我是覺得歐巴特調喝起來比較順,啵啵啵的氣泡感過後再帶著點果香和甜,喝過之後覺得我自己調的完全是暗黑燒酒啊…🙄
好在老闆即時救場,告訴我們把CASS倒到杯子的字後再加進水果風味燒酒,就是最佳比例了,有機會再自己嘗試看看囉!燒啤酒的比例最上面的影片有拍到,可以自己拉上去看一下喔!
像這樣子的調酒我喝了兩、三杯就開始有想睡覺的微醺感了,所以會比較推薦給酒量好的酒鬼們喝喔!
