欸…我記得在2019年11月底才寫了一篇福華飯店麗香苑的文章,結果沒多久餐廳就大改裝變得好漂亮,所以決定再來重新記錄。
這次午餐吃下來覺得菜色品項變化其實不大,就是在烹調口味上有所變更,然後加購的哈根達斯從原本70元+10%調降為49元+10%,嗯…飲品部份大概就是換了現磨咖啡豆的咖啡機吧~看了其他文章感覺晚餐樣式會更加豐富,但如果是不吃海鮮生魚片的朋友,午餐菜式也差不多足夠了,那…一樣全品項,順便附上【以前的文章】給大家對照一下吧!

改裝後的麗香苑要從電梯出來後的右手邊,照片上的這個地方進入,左邊的話有無障礙坡道,不管是嬰兒車或是輪椅,都可以很方便進出。

【湯品】
有藥膳排骨和玉米濃湯這兩種。
藥膳排骨喝起來藥膳味道頗重,裡頭除了一下子就被撈光的排骨肉,還有杏鮑菇、素車輪…等,料算豐富,湯喝起來就是中藥補湯的那種醇香甘甜。

沙拉區依舊有大量鮮蔬生、熟菜,種類大約有十一種,吃起來就是食材原本該有的味道。
醬汁部份有桔子醬、義大利黑醋、橄欖油三種玻璃瓶裝,較為單純爽口無負擔的淋醬可選擇;另外還有特調的千島醬、和風醬、胡麻醬、法式芥末醬、青醬五種沙拉醬可選,如果喜歡甜的還有蜂蜜可以加,我自己通常會以前三種為主,如果下一盤想換個口味,就會淋一些蜂蜜這樣。

【涼菜部分】涼菜種類變少了,只有涼拌筍絲、季節蔬菜、百香果蒟蒻、涼拌時蔬、滷百頁這五種,覺得比較也特色的也就百香果蒟蒻和滷百頁了吧!上一篇文章裡的海鮮沙拉我好想念啊!
涼拌筍絲就那種很常看到的桂竹筍。
季節蔬菜很像是韓國泡菜,酸酸辣辣的。
百香果蒟蒻我個人很喜歡品項,QQ彈彈的蒟蒻裹上百香果醬汁,酸香甜很好吃。
涼拌時蔬是淋上胡麻醬汁的水煮菠菜,沒有很重的菜味,略帶胡麻清香。
滷百頁則是五香味的百頁豆腐,八角香氣特別濃重,非常入味。

因為疫情的關係,大家拿完都會順手蓋上蓋子,而且也被掃得零零落落的,所以我就一道一道找角度拍了,然後有些菜品沒了會做變更,我拍完照開始拿菜,有些檯面上的菜色就已經有不一樣了!

藥膳蝦,它的酒香與藥膳香氣柔和蝦肉微Q入味,是很熱門的菜品之一。

黃醬蒸鮮魚,魚肉細緻幼嫩,帶著一點點點辣椒辛香,頗為爽口。

薑汁豬肉,豬肉片軟嫩油而不膩,帶著一點點薑味與洋蔥的甜。

酸菜豆腐,蓋子一打開就能聞到酸菜的酸香,不過味道入不進豆腐裡,必須以外頭的酸菜來提味。

百香果雞塊,外頭裹著特調百香果味的厚甜醬汁,外層麵衣吃起來軟中又帶著一小部分的脆,咬下還會蹦出醬汁,裡頭的雞肉滑Q,很好吃!

炒米粉,它這米粉是略粗些的那種,吃起來比較脆Q,略帶一些酸香,有點南洋風味~

這裡可以選擇米粉、油麵、粄條三種麵食還有燙青菜,然後由廚師烹煮後,再自行添加蒜泥、油蔥酥、烏醋、辣椒粉…等佐料,就成了擔仔麵啦!

它吃起來外皮脆口,蘿蔔糕本體Q彈且藏有肉末,一定要淋旁邊的蒜香醬油膏才對味!

蒸蛋非常鮮甜滑嫩,裡頭藏有紮實卻不柴的大塊豬肉瘦肉,用料實在所以也是非常熱門的菜品之一喲~

甜甜的紫米糕軟糯略Q不會完全軟到沒口感,中間還帶有一顆顆酸酸甜甜的葡萄乾。

大約10種左右的小蛋糕可選,比以前多了些。
綠色那款是檸檬巧克力口味,吃起來清爽不膩。
中間的小泡芙,一口咬下裡頭直接爆出卡仕達餡兒,甜而不膩很好吃啊!
十二點鐘方向的那款是香蕉口味雜糧蛋糕,看似樸實但輕柔香蕉氣息與核桃堅果香交織,那味道直接撞進了我心裡,好喜歡!

烤布蕾吃起來非常濃厚,上頭還看得到香草莢的顆粒,加上甜甜焦糖水,飯後來一點好幸福。

蛋塔、軟法、吐司…等,都可以自行切了拿到一旁的烤箱加熱,讓口感更加酥脆,後來還看到有拖鞋麵包,想來~有品項沒了是會更替的。

今天也差不多全品項都吃了個遍,其實跟之前差不了多少啦,就是平日已經不能像之前那樣可以慢慢吃,從午餐吃到下午茶,不過兩個半小時的用餐時間應該足夠了~
