今年生日選擇在西堤牛排慶祝,現在比較愛這種不限時間,一道一道慢慢送上來、可以很放鬆慢慢吃的餐廳,那種限時吃到飽的也不是沒有想過,但考慮到食量已經縮減很多,不再擁有年輕時一直吃吃吃,吃個兩小時出來還能接著續攤的實力了啊!

服務人員將蓋子掀開時,首先竄出的便是那濃濃蒜香,匆匆拍了幾張照後,就趕緊把奶油放到鐵盤上使其融化並與蒜末稍稍拌炒一下,這樣等會兒開始吃的時候,就有香氣撲鼻的蒜香奶油醬汁可以沾著吃了!

把上頭焦糖片戳碎後,偶爾吸到咬到脆脆的糖片會有驚喜感,紅茶香氣結合焦糖布蕾的濃郁香甜,是滿滿的幸福氛圍,但如果紅茶的甜度再低一點,整體味道才不會讓人感到很甜膩,紅茶香氣獨撐大局很辛苦啊!
