花樹的食材皆以50~80度烹調,不用擔心過度烹煮與過度調味,能夠完整保留肉質的營養、鎖住肉汁,留其原始滋味。
雞胸肉吃起來是有Q度且組織間帶有甜美雞肉汁液,跟一般吃起來較柴的雞胸肉很不同,簡單淋上清爽淡味的醬汁就很好吃了。
雖然是原味,但醬汁並不會搶走雞胸肉原本的味道,反而有提點作用,使得整體吃來,滋味會更精采些。

豆腐是使用催芽後的黃豆去製作的,吃完不會脹氣,營養價值也比較高,跟馬可先生的豆漿差不多。
松露豆腐聞起來有清雅豆漿香氣,豆腐滑嫩豆香濃郁,松露微香若隱若現,淋上小壺裡的有機黑糖蜜,為其增添一股焦甜蜜香;咖啡色是胚芽米的米麩,沾著吃,沙沙口感之中又帶入樸質農村氣息。

橘白相間的甜蝦,尾巴捲著以墨魚汁做成的樹枝,底下鋪墊著以火龍果之醃製的甜薑,一旁則綴上一顆多汁番茄,藝術品般的畫面保存在了寬口玻璃食器之中。
墨魚枝脆脆口感很像餅乾,味道則有點像巧克力;甜蝦則是脆口帶著本身的清甜;番茄甫入口有蜂蜜甜香,然後番茄酸香與微甜才破土而出,盤旋交織於舌齒間。
