水洗咖啡的香氣與味道,會比日曬要來得淡些,且為淺焙咖啡,,因為已是下午,擔心晚上睡不著覺,所以選了這支咖啡來搭配德式烤派克。
莊園單品咖啡會以這樣鑑賞組的方式做呈現,熱、涼、冰三種層次都能品嚐得到,外帶則是可以選擇要熱或冰。

隔日又去外帶了一杯巴西伊帕內瑪莊園甜蜜日曬,它屬於中焙咖啡,聞起來的味道就比夏其索來得濃且豐厚,似乎還帶著點太陽暖呼呼的氣息,且酸度也不那麼高,入口後含在嘴裡一會兒,那酸慢慢轉為輕輕的甘,然後便長留於舌根,盤桓不去;
放冷後,其酸度倍增,苦味緩緩釋放而出,整體變得苦澀且酸楚。

烤到焦糖色的雞腿排,刀子一劃開薄脆外皮,雞汁立馬四溢流瀉,肉質自是不用多說的多汁軟嫩,加上義式香草的爽朗氣息扶搖直上,在雞汁的甜美之中再,注入一抹豔陽般的爽朗氣息。
