記得黑心小喵某一次的校外教學,
是到高鐵彩虹市集2樓的騎士堡玩,
我就順便逛了一下下彩虹市集,
逛到這家九勺涮涮鍋,
被那日式風格的店面吸引,
看了一下菜單,想說找個紀念日來吃看看,
今年父(付)親(清)節,想起了這家店,
就決定凹黑心大熊來吃一頓!

它聞起來有一點點藥材香氣,
湯頭比較薄些,辣度不刺激喉嚨,也不會太麻,
但加入蔬菜、肉品煮了一輪之後,
湯就會變得醇厚些,整體吃起來特別夠味。

這種豬是吃加入備長炭、海藻、活菌的食物長大的。
肉質吃起來有甜度,且沒有豬腥味,還帶一股特殊馨香,

我們是選擇直接吃啦~
豆腐比較紮實些,滷得入味,醬汁帶有甜度,
再加上辣醬的辛辣,甜甜辣辣的很過癮。
鴨血也是微Q,入味帶甜辣。
