現在好像在冬天沒吃到草莓做的東西都會怪怪的厚?
覆蓋著滿滿千層酥皮的草莓蛋糕,
進了我們家門,拍完照後就看不見隔天的太陽了,
而喵娜我呢…也只吃到下面照片裡的那塊蛋糕,
其他都進了黑心大熊和小喵的肚子了…
我該說是草莓的魅力無窮、還是蛋糕真的太好吃呢?

第二層是吃起來很輕盈、低脂低糖的天使蛋糕,
裡頭還有濕潤帶著果汁的蔓越莓果肉增加酸甜口感;
第三層是大湖直送新鮮草莓與清爽不甜膩的卡仕達醬做結合,
最底下是也是天使蛋糕,因為草莓會出水,所以吃起來濕潤度較高,
但如果把蛋糕冰進冷凍庫後再吃,就會很像在吃冰淇淋喲~
新鮮草莓與蔓越莓的酸甜充滿整個口腔,
雖然都是莓果,但味道是相輔相成,
會比只有草莓更來得有初戀的感覺呢!
難怪它跟冰箱裡的朋友還沒來得及混熟就被吃掉了……

乳酪球放冷凍的話,要在15日內食用完畢,
冷藏一樣要在5天內吃完喔~

上層還有塑膠膜保護它們不讓味道跑掉,
貼心附上兩枝可愛小叉子,方便食用。

雖然已經冰了一天的時間,但乳酪沒有變硬喔,
整個就是霜淇淋綿密柔滑的口感,

紅豆頗大顆,而且吃起來甜蜜蜜又鬆軟,
切一小塊乳酪球含在口中,當乳酪慢慢化開後,
散發出抹茶清香,交織著乳酪濃郁卻又清爽帶點微鹹的味道,
抹茶與紅豆,這千古不變的美味好伙伴,

原味吃起來就是乳酪的味道啦~
市面上有些乳酪球味道不是太濃就是太甜,很容易膩口,
但今天吃到的這款乳酪球,口味還滿清爽的,
NAOMA使用的是安佳乳酪與澳洲TATURA奶油乳酪製作的乳酪球,
過程中不加一滴水,使用純蛋黃所製,表面色澤就如同黃金一般,
融在嘴裡濃而不膩,還能嘗到些許的乳酪鹹味與自然的蛋黃香氣呢!
