附餐點了雜炊就會送上這個…雜炊套組。
服務人員會來烹煮前半段熬粥的部份,後半段放蝦膏和海苔絲則是由客人自行動手。我們去的時間是平日,吃到部份時店內的幾桌客人已經陸續用餐完畢走得差不多了,服務人員才順便幫我們煮到最後,真的超感謝她!!!
雜炊熬煮其實很簡單,先把米飯和南瓜倒進湯中熬煮,讓飯去吸飽南瓜與高湯的湯汁,熬粥過程會稍等大約十分鐘,熬到自己喜歡的稠度,再添加蝦膏、撒上海苔絲與胡椒即可。
吃起來蛋香與蝦膏鮮香輕柔,米飯軟糯吸飽了湯汁,滋味更為飽滿溫潤、甘甜鮮美,在冬天可真是一道必吃養胃暖身料理啊!

菜盤有高麗菜、白菜、小白菜、圓白菜、金針菇、香菇、芋頭、番茄、玉米、木耳、濕豆皮、鮮蝦、手打香菇豬肉貢丸…等這些鮮脆原型食物,沒有高度加工的火鍋料,超棒!
兩尾鮮蝦都是剝好殼開背去腸泥了的,吃起來紮實清甜。

使用的是北海道札榥產地直送的甜蝦頭,長時間慢火熬煮成味道超濃的蝦膏湯頭,跟我們一般常吃到的豚骨啊、醬油、味噌湯頭味道真的非常非常不一樣!
快閃活動菜單上有『鮮蝦味噌』、『鮮蝦鹽味』、『鮮蝦醬油』三種口味的拉麵,我今天吃到的是鮮蝦醬油口味,真不愧是用大量甜蝦頭熬的湯啊!醬油香襯托出蝦子的鮮味,喝起來蝦膏濃厚,海味鮮香在嘴裡盤桓不散。
除此之外還加進了-將甜蝦頭放入調理機打成粉末,經過三次乾炒的蝦粉,濃、甘、鹹、香、蝦味豐厚,非常有深度,令人欲罷不能!

使用的是北海道札榥產地直送的甜蝦頭,長時間慢火熬煮成味道超濃的蝦膏湯頭,跟我們一般常吃到的豚骨啊、醬油、味噌湯頭味道真的非常非常不一樣!
快閃活動菜單上有『鮮蝦味噌』、『鮮蝦鹽味』、『鮮蝦醬油』三種口味的拉麵,我今天吃到的是鮮蝦醬油口味,真不愧是用大量甜蝦頭熬的湯啊!醬油香襯托出蝦子的鮮味,喝起來蝦膏濃厚,海味鮮香在嘴裡盤桓不散。
除此之外還加進了-將甜蝦頭放入調理機打成粉末,經過三次乾炒的蝦粉,濃、甘、鹹、香、蝦味豐厚,非常有深度,令人欲罷不能!
最上頭用來增加口感的橘紅色蝦味麵酥,則是把蝦粉加進天婦麵衣中進行油炸製作而成,吃起來酥酥脆脆香香的~

從高雄總圖中庭下到『B1國際繪本中心』陪伴小朋友看完書後,按照標示往面向門的左手邊一直走也能通到美食孵化基地,這路線對於推著娃娃車的家長實在好貼心!不必辛苦推上推下,尤其雨季時也不必經過草坪被雨淋了!
