我們用餐的時間是在平日,吃到這個部份時,店內原本幾桌客人已陸續用餐完畢離開了,服務人員才順便幫我們煮到最後,超級感謝她!!
雜炊熬煮其實很簡單,就是費時間!先把米飯和南瓜倒進吃剩的火鍋湯頭中熬煮,讓米飯去吸飽南瓜與高湯的湯汁,熬粥過程會稍等大約十分鐘,熬到自己喜歡的稠度再依序添進蝦膏、打入雞蛋液、撒上海苔絲與胡椒即可。
