是的沒錯,感丼現食料理就是之前賣小籠湯包的加依軒,我覺得現在專心致志做丼飯很好,精進自家的熱門主力產品,然後做食材上的搭配與變化,有餘力再增加一些小菜、湯品之類的副餐,這樣才能夠保證餐點有穩定品質,看著自己喜歡的店越來越好會很開心,至少想吃的時候他們一直都在!😇

粉嫩濕潤的鴨胸吃起來軟彈略帶嚼勁,琥珀色薄脆鴨皮底下連著肥厚鴨脂,一邊咀嚼,藏在鴨肉裡的汁水滲出,結合鴨脂豐厚的油香滑潤與薄脆鴨皮的煙燻香氣,非常迷人,超好吃的欸欸欸!!😍
淋在米飯上的醬燒醬汁也有改良過了,沒有之前吃到的那麼鹹甜,爽口淡雅能襯托主食肉類而非喧賓奪主,這樣很好,吃起來就不膩口啦!
當然如果喜歡重口味一點的話,點餐時可以請服務人員多加醬汁;喜歡清淡的甚至不加也可以呦~😁
鹽蔥不會鹹,青蔥的香氣爽朗清新,咀嚼時釋放出特有的辛辣,很解膩欸!

似乎只用黑胡椒和鹽巴做調味而已,沒有掩蓋住牛肉本身帶有的濃郁牛香味兒,牛筋部份是脆Q好咬的,牛肉吃起來軟中又帶一些些嚼勁,在咀嚼時藏在肉裡的汁水被釋放,潤澤著口舌令人意猶未盡。
