蘇西👉酥C,是因為做為基底的千層酥烤製成向上開口的C型容器,表面細心刷上自製風味糖漿做了防水層,能隔開濕潤內餡,使千層酥不那麼快受潮軟化而失去酥脆口感,拍照起來還會反光亮晶晶呢!🤩
酥皮這種東西啊…真的很討厭!每個步驟都要跟時間和溫度賽跑,溫度太低桿不動、折疊時容易斷裂,桿平速度太慢溫度過高麵皮就會變太軟易破,裡頭的奶油也會因溫度太高而融化跟麵皮整個黏在一起,然後整組麵糰就報銷了,明明都照著食譜來的啊…煩死!😒
之後就覺得與其自己摸索浪費一堆食材,多花點小錢錢就有漂亮酥脆好吃還不費體力腦力與時間的甜點,何樂不為啊!阿還不用洗一堆工具咧!

這個口味我自己非常非常喜歡!它擁有非常濃郁卻不過分衝擊的乳酪味,結合海鹽那不死鹹的鹹甘,鹹鹹香香再加上自己熬煮焦糖醬的厚甜,咦?好像轉變為有著乳酪味兒的太妃糖了!?最後以千層的酥脆、杏仁薄片的清爽堅果香做收尾,是很有韻味與層次感的一款甜點,喜歡乳酪的朋友很推薦試試呦!👍👍

草莓的我分給了女兒跟婆婆,女兒平時最討厭吃乳酪起司製品的,今天居然立刻就吃完,還很興奮的蹦蹦跳跳跟我說那個內餡很濃而且還有檸檬的味道,酸酸香香的超級好吃!!
