麻辣鍋一直以來都是我在鴛鴦鍋中的固定班底,湯頭喝起來偏甘甜,帶著辣油的辛辣與花椒的略略麻口,雖然香氣不是很足,但香辣微麻依然開胃啊!
鍋底鴨血滑嫩,切得也很大塊,建議可以煮久一些再吃會更入味。

乳白湯水裡頭放了不少Q脆豬肚,湯頭喝起來溫醇甘甜,胡椒味道沒有很清晰,帶有豬肚味。
美中不足是因為它豬肚腥味有點重,本來以為會不會只有我有這感覺,因為我老公覺得沒什麼,但在店裡到處晃晃選食材時也聽到其他客人這麼說,嗯好果然不是我的問題,故如若能將此味去除就很棒!下次去用餐我還是會點它,因為這個湯用來煮蔬菜和海鮮真的很溫潤滋補,我會再給它一次翻身的機會!!

安排好座位之後當然是直接衝火鍋串串區啦!
純肉串有三種:臺灣雞肉串、臺灣豬肉串、安格斯牛肉串。
包菜肉串:豬肉水蓮捲、豬肉蔥捲、豬肉金針菇捲、豬肉香菜捲、牛肉水蓮捲、牛肉蔥捲、牛肉金針菇捲、牛肉香菜捲,種類多又放超滿!
當然少不了雞心、牛肚、鴨腸這些內臟類;還有其他蔬菜串,但今天人手不足沒串上,不然去看其他部落客文章都串得很漂亮喲~
然後,今天放串串的淺盤籃子放在最上層,因為會被大量冷風霧氣給遮住,所以被不少人問是在哪裡拿的,沒事兒~我自己也找很久,最後還是檢視相機拍攝畫面時才看到!😂

純雞、豬肉串下鍋煮到忘了也沒關係,但其中的安格斯牛肉串就要自己控制一下時間不要煮過久,不然整個會變得很硬,反之就會彈香多汁。

乾碟(右)比較簡單,就是秘製辣椒粉舀上一碟就成了。

御串燒的用餐空間大又明亮,座位分為四人座與沙發六人座,走道也很寬闊,雖然偶爾還是會看到機器貓和推著清理車的服務人員四目相對、逼迫服務人員讓路😂,倒也不失是個讓人會心一笑的風景,原來機器貓跟家裡的貓咪一樣雞掰啊哈哈哈!😂

這頓御串燒火鍋串串可以讓愛吃肉的人吃得很開心,我個人喜歡也推薦麻辣鍋、所有包菜肉串、麻辣小龍蝦、麻辣水煮魚、蝦捲、重慶小麵、這些非常有特色的料理,蔬菜也是都清洗得很乾淨也十分新鮮。
QR手機點餐和機器人送餐方便有效率,不怕把用餐時間都浪費在等待上。
綜合以上幾點再去看價位,在百貨公司餐廳裡也算公道了。
