然後老闆在介紹的時候有說,他們的滷汁只有醬油、鹽、糖、朝天椒和花椒,沒再添加有的沒的粉啊之類的調味料,材料很單純,滋味卻很不一般啊!
⭐然後店裡的滷味還可以宅配,冷吃、熱吃皆宜,不過最好拿出吃得完的量出來加熱,不然吃不完再冰、再加熱,香氣與口感就通通流失掉,不好吃了喔!

查了一下地址,到了罌粟滷品後才發現原來有用餐區,可以直接在店裡慢慢吃,而且非常乾淨整潔,大窗戶可以清楚看到滷味的製作過程,完全透明化不怕你看,跟一般滷味店先滷好再擺上檯面任君挑選的形式不一樣,安全又衛生!。
前面的海鮮粥鍋燒意麵也很特別,有些客人會點一碗麵,再點盤滷味一起配著吃,下一篇再來介紹給大家。

琥珀色半透光玫瑰花瓣狀的牛筋,它也是滷到非常入味卻依舊很好咀嚼吞嚥,那QQ滑彈的口感太容易讓人一口接著一口吃不停,我自己超愛!

滷牛腱使用的是美國前腿腱肉,它吃起來除了滷汁鹹香,本身牛香也很足,肉的部分很嫩、半透明的筋又帶點Q,單吃夠味,若是清明節潤餅皮還有剩,加進蔬菜、刷上店家自製辣油做成牛肉捲餅也非常好吃喔!

同樣都是以醬油為基底的滷味,但多了花椒與朝天椒的香、麻與辛辣,味道上就會比市面上大部份滷味來得香口豐富很多,然後他們家食材都是特別挑過大支肉多的那種,還有滷汁裡的花椒就一定要挑聞起來是有香氣的,才不會滷完只有麻沒有香,總之就是很用心的一家店啦!👏👏
