圓石優格飲推出的家庭號優格,是經過長時間低溫發酵而成,像這款1號原味優格,它吃起來口感綿滑濃密,並且帶有微甜度,乳酸味很細微,不仔細去品嚐是不會發覺到的,所以很適合剛接觸優格的新手、或沒有從小就培養吃無糖優格的小朋友。

跟1號的差別在於吃起來完全不甜,乳酸的酸味較高,也比較輕易能吃出輕盈柔順的乳香,比較適合已經習慣了不甜優格的人、或像我們這種三不五時都在減肥的人…😅
其他其實都差不多,兩款裡面的乳酸菌是嗜熱鏈球菌、保加利亞桿菌、嗜酸乳菌這三種。
🐮嗜熱鏈球菌(S菌):主要是將牛奶中的乳糖轉換為乳酸,使得對乳糖敏感的人也可以從添加了嗜熱鏈球菌的乳製品中獲得營養;同時亦是國際酪農協會規定發酵乳品內必含的菌種之一。
🐮保加利亞桿菌(L菌):國際酪農協會規定發酵乳品內必含的菌種之二,一開始嗜熱鏈球菌生長得較快並產生酸、二氧化碳等促進保加利亞桿菌生長的物質,當環境越來越適合保加利亞桿菌生長時,它會把牛乳中的蛋白質分解成勝肽和胺基酸,回饋供給嗜熱鏈球菌,兩者彼此相輔相成,除了使乳製品變成濃稠質地之外,也使得優格擁有較豐富的風味。
🐮嗜酸乳菌(A菌):喜歡在較酸的環境中生長,是最常用來發酵優酪乳、優格的菌株之一,也是蠻建議長期補充的菌種,因為現代人飲食習慣偏高熱量、高脂肪、低纖維,使得腸道內的A菌被破壞而逐漸減少,常期補充才能幫助醣類蛋白質、脂肪…等食物的分解及吸收,生成維生素B群及維生素K,協助人體吸收礦物質,還能有效對抗幽門桿菌、沙門桿菌、宋內氏桿菌、降低膽固醇…等不好的東西喲~

另外,沒吃完的優格放冰箱就會出現透明淡黃色的水,這是其實是富含蛋白質的乳清蛋白,是正常現象不用擔心,只要和優格攪勻後再吃就可以啦!但我通常就直接連同優格一起挖著邊吃邊喝掉,畢竟是好東西啊!不可以浪費的!!
如果想避免優格出水,第一就是優格要正放,不要傾斜倒置著放、第二若是像這樣一整桶的優格,在用湯匙挖取時,盡量平平的挖不要弄成天坑或月球表面,基本就不太會有乳清分離的狀況囉~
💖女生每個月生理期或是冬天不想吃太冰的優格,可以先把想吃的量挖出來後,放在常溫下約15分鐘再吃、或者在45℃內的溫水隔水回溫5分鐘左右再吃,這樣乳酸菌的活性依舊,又不會吃得太涼讓身體不舒服喔!

1號有甜度的原味優格,我比較常做成冰棒,2號低GI優格則是在晚上運動完之後直接打一杯果昔優格飲補充蛋白質。

深紫紅色的黑莓果昔,從包裝裡倒出來就能看到打碎的果皮、還有水果纖維;它有著芬芳莓果香,單吃酸度很高,是那種酸到會眯眼,但又會在嘴裡散發芬芳花果香,好在我家小朋友喜歡酸度高的水果,所以我會搭配有甜度的一號優格做成冰品,酸酸甜甜很讓人眷戀!

我自己則是喜歡用二號無糖的低GI優格跟它打在一起做成優格飲,多了優格酸香,口感和味道又變得更加豐厚,想要點儀式感就花點心思做成漸層,超漂亮的!

一般我會做成像巴西莓果碗那樣,上面放些水果,今天懶的切就直接開一包原味綜合堅果,運動後補充體力或是當成一頓晚餐都很健康方便,但有時候小朋友也想吃,就會加進一號優格做成甜甜香香的優格藍莓冰棒,好吃又安心!❤

黃色就很明顯是鳳梨,單吃的味道也很鳳,感覺有多加其他水果在裡面,略有一點點苦澀感,味道比較不單調。

貓咪其實也可以吃一點點無糖優格,畢竟牠們的腸道也是需要益生菌的呀!不過我目前一次只會給牠約一個大拇指指甲的量,然後慢慢增加免得對貓貓腸胃道過度刺激適得其反就不好了,等到貓咪習慣了,再慢慢增加,一天最多吃個1~2匙左右當做小點心就好,不要超量囉~
