位在六合路上的領鮮迷你土雞鍋,大紅色招牌超級顯眼,來用餐的這天真的超冷,所以才11:00就已經有不少打電話訂餐的客人陸陸續續來取餐了,餐點都是現點現做,用餐尖峰時間有時需要久候,但還好店員會給大約的等候時間,讓客人選擇繼續等待或是離開。

我很愛他們的剝皮辣椒雞,湯頭喝起來非常清爽甘甜,剝皮辣椒的辛辣唰的一下子衝進喉嚨,兩三秒後就消失,不會在喉間與唇邊停留太久;雞肉用的是放山雞,所以吃起來頗為紮實,需要多咀嚼一些時間,雞皮也是很Q彈很緊實,不會像一般肉雞那樣軟軟的,會比較有口感。

以人參、枸杞、黑棗、紅棗一同燉煮,所以湯頭喝起來非常甘甜溫醇,沒有什麼中藥味很順口,帶有人參與大棗的香氣,雞肉依舊是非常紮實的。

好像是苦瓜裹了鹹蛋黃再去油炸的感覺,因為它一咬下去會有鹹蛋黃沙沙的厚感,然後才是酥脆麵衣,最後才是裡面苦瓜的清脆微苦,很有層次的一道菜,同樣也很下酒、下飯喔!

這一上桌,整個桌面都被臭豆腐的味道給覆蓋了!它裡面包了切成丁的臭豆腐、蔥、蝦子丁…等餡料,外皮脆口,內餡豐富,吃進嘴裡也是滿嘴臭豆腐的味兒,算是我吃過最臭、也最特別的臭豆腐料理啦!😆

這豆乳雞裝了整個大碗公耶!吃起來外頭麵衣酥脆,裡頭的雞肉多汁帶甜味,並散發出豆腐乳的發酵柔酸,再加上胡椒鹽的鹹香,簡直是完美下酒菜啊!喜歡!💗

店裡使用的是有獸醫把關,與合格禽肉註冊商標、電宰標章的高雄在地雞隻,豬肉也是使用臺灣豬豬,在這裡用餐可以很安心。

因為我自己是比較喜歡吃那種有口感的東西,所以他們家有咬勁的放山雞肉料理是符合我胃口的,如果喜歡彈嫩些的也可以加價換成腿肉;然後黃金脆苦瓜、鮮蝦臭豆腐捲和腐乳高麗菜我覺得也是挺值得點的品項,我自己很喜歡,大家可以試試。
嗯…主要在疫情還在世界肆虐不太安全的時間點,還是一人一鍋比較衛生啦!若是食量大想吃其它口味也可以再點,不用一大鍋吃到底,或者吃不完得隔餐再吃不新鮮、也不需要擔心再次加熱雞肉口感變差,推薦給喜歡放山雞料理的朋友喔!
