不愛排隊喜歡在平日到熱門餐廳用餐的話,這家牧穀먹었韓式烤肉我覺得可以直接加進名單裡,因為這裡除了有一直都很夯的八色烤肉套餐外,亦有平日限定雙人韓式料理套餐給不愛吃大量肉類的朋友們做選擇,而套餐裡的5種韓式小菜還是無限續點,完全不用擔心會吃不飽,專業服務人員在桌邊幫忙料理,你可以吃到食材最好吃的口感並放心跟朋友聊天,超棒!
店裡的料理是老闆親自飛到韓國去吃、去學習,然後回到臺灣再自己研究,融合臺灣在地食材後所開發出來的,假如你有吃過【玉豆腐韓式料理】,我覺得牧穀韓式烤肉的料理味道會比玉豆腐來得更重口,把韓味保留在臺灣人能接受的臨界值上,即便現在無法出國,也能來此一嚐韓式料理解相思了!

美術館附近青海路上的店面們好有異國風情,牧穀韓式烤肉的黑色招牌在一整排五顏六色的招牌群裡略顯失色,但它卻有一整面非常吸睛的燒酒空酒瓶牆,倒也不會不好認,入口是酒瓶牆右側往左拉的滑輪拉門,我在拍這張照片時,就有兩組路人誤以為沒開店呢!😅

我個人是還滿喜歡點這套平日限定韓式料理的,因為這裡面可選三款平時不太吃的韓國市場美食,除去單點的炸雞跟石鍋拌飯,整套餐包含韓式年糕、韓式雜菜、辣炒豬肉、辣炒魷魚、海鮮煎餅五選三,韓式海鮮鍋一份、麥茶一壺、可續點韓式小菜5品、白飯2碗,其中的韓式海鮮鍋我們以加$790換購了馬鈴薯排骨鍋,份量其實很足夠能吃得很飽。

這樣一鍋大約3~4人左右的份量,它選用比較大塊的肋排和排骨去燉煮,長長的肋排藏在最底下,旁邊圍了超大塊的馬鈴薯和切成塊的大排骨,最上方再放上金針菇、青龍椒和韓國芝麻葉,紅通通的湯汁香氣逼人。

開火煮的時候,服務人員會把這用紫蘇籽研磨的粉倒進鍋裡,有點類似吃羊肉就要灑孜然粉的那種作用吧?撒了紫蘇籽粉後變得好香好香,雖說鍋底也是它去調出來的,但煮之前再撒香氣會更明顯,而且一邊煮就會一邊散發出一股優雅舒服的香氣。

湯頭喝起來有著灼熱辛辣感,加上紫蘇粉特殊香氣,使得整鍋湯不那麼油膩,有畫龍點睛之效,而且它也讓排骨吃起來多了一層清香,是非常有特色的一鍋湯品呢!

馬鈴薯也是切得特別大塊,要是吃不完也可以外帶回家,加入高湯自己悶煮久一點,然後再加入辛拉麵那種韓國麵,就又是另類濃郁韓國部隊鍋啦!

這道韓國市場料理好像不太常見,紅橙黃綠白黑,辣椒、胡蘿蔔、玉米筍、青辣椒、洋蔥、豬肉、海苔絲,用料色彩鮮豔繽紛,它有點類似濕式炒冬粉的感覺,吸飽了湯汁的冬粉變得胖胖的,彈牙不軟爛,醬汁濃郁鹹香略帶稠感,而且香氣十足,加上多樣蔬菜的不同口感,整體吃起來非常熱鬧。

玫瑰金網碗盛裝著的炸雞特別有質感,它是屬於乾式沒有沾裹醬汁的店家特製韓式炸雞,一上桌便能聞到酥炸香氣,外皮薄脆,滑嫩雞翅略帶微甜肉汁,底下還藏有小雞腿,吃起來會比雞翅再紮實些。

燒啤酒的口味可以自己選、比例也能調成自己喜愛的,它喝起來口感比較順,酒精的那種發酵味比較輕不會太刺激,再加上我今天選的是白葡萄燒酒,它還會有甜甜的葡萄香再加麥子香,喝下去過一陣子胃裡開始熱熱暖暖的很舒服,好愛啊!女生應該會很喜歡!

雖然晚上來牧穀用餐會比較嘈雜熱鬧,但我個人是比較喜歡也推薦大家中午來這裡用餐,不用排隊等待,也不用吃得那麼趕,享受比較安靜有質感的用餐空間、與優質穩定的服務,拍照也不那麼尷尬…😅
食材與料理基本上也沒什麼好挑剔的,套餐的份量不少,而味道就是在臺灣人能接受的底限忠於韓國原味,至少口味不會重到讓你走出店門被太陽一烤就想升天,喜歡吃韓國料理的朋友,去試試吧!

燒啤酒的口味可以自己選、比例也能調成自己喜愛的,它喝起來口感比較順,酒精的那種發酵味比較輕不會太刺激,再加上我今天選的是白葡萄燒酒,它還會有甜甜的葡萄香再加麥子香,喝下去過一陣子胃裡開始熱熱暖暖的很舒服,好愛啊!女生應該會很喜歡!

雖然晚上來牧穀用餐會比較嘈雜熱鬧,但我個人是比較喜歡也推薦大家中午來這裡用餐,不用排隊等待,也不用吃得那麼趕,享受比較安靜有質感的用餐空間、與優質穩定的服務,拍照也不那麼尷尬…😅
食材與料理基本上也沒什麼好挑剔的,套餐的份量不少,而味道就是在臺灣人能接受的底限忠於韓國原味,至少口味不會重到讓你走出店門被太陽一烤就想升天,喜歡吃韓國料理的朋友,去試試吧!
