很喜歡拍酒,所以只要朋友找到一家她自己很喜歡的酒吧,總會稍帶上我一起去拍照,這家藏在巷弄中的崑崙客棧餐酒館,裝潢從裡到外、酒品妝點皆有浮誇的古風主題特色,所以吸引了不少女生來此聚會拍照。
這裡的酒品與餐點可不光有顏值,味道也相當好,我們點了三款融入果香的調酒,那繾綣纏綿的花果香氣,讓整個夜晚變得旖旎浪漫,不僅如此還有堪比手路菜等級的豐富中式餐食當做下酒菜,微醺時恍惚真有穿越到古代酒肆之感啊!

以中國風為主題的崑崙客棧餐酒館,飄逸的屋瓦脊飾、屋簷下懸掛著紅色燈籠、繁複雕花古窗格、如階梯般扶搖直上的庭院植栽…才彎進巷子就深深吸引了我的目光,光是在外面拍照就拍了好久~

唐朝
這款酒是以高粱酒和梅酒調出來的,單喝的時候辛辣濃烈的高粱酒先直直衝入喉間,然後梅酒的酸甘才慢慢浮現,就像詩中先高昂訴說著自己明明滿腹經綸卻壯志難酬的不甘,幾杯黃湯下肚才又轉為懷才不遇的無奈與心酸!
它是一杯陽剛的烈酒,如果把旁邊附的梅子乾泡進酒中再喝,口感會變得比較順、不那麼衝了,男生應該會很喜歡。

這款酒想表達的是櫻花盛放時,粉色花瓣隨風漫天飛舞的意象,看著它的色澤總覺得…好像會有花香飄散出來似的,但它其實是以草莓、覆盆子、紅石榴三種莓果為基底的調酒,聞起來甜甜香香的非常青春少女。

它是以伯爵茶、葡萄柚所調製而成的酒品,調酒師說這酒是取自蘇軾懷念亡妻的詩詞,不過我查了一下,蘇軾寫過悼念亡妻的詩詞唯有江城子.乙卯正月二十日夜記夢,全文很是哀戚啊!
至於網路上冠蘇東坡名的東風破我也不知是誰寫的,但是有方文山寫的白話給周杰倫唱的歌兒就是了,跟東坡肉沒啥關係…

聞起來有很輕柔的葡萄柚清香,喝起來葡萄柚果香之後有種苦澀感緩緩升起,就像最前面蘇軾所寫生離死別、痛徹心扉的苦悲,接著伯爵茶香緩緩釋放,有種在夢境中彷彿回到家鄉見到妻子對鏡梳妝時,那種虛幻似真的感覺,最後甘醇渾厚的口感慢慢化開留下一抹酸楚,夢裡相見,亦最後一面。

上頭店家自製的無糖鳳梨乾不光是裝飾,在喝之前先讓它泡裡酒裡,讓果香與酒稍做融合,喝下去第一口會有股很醇厚的古樸氣息,會不習慣很正常,但地二、第三口開始就有水果的果香酸甜慢慢上來,酸酸甜甜又帶一點紅茶香與微苦澀感,就像被罵的小孩生氣不甘,又如長輩愛之深責之切的矛盾心情。

有美酒,自然少不了可以邊喝酒邊吃的下酒菜,這裡的中式餐點只吃一口就讓我好驚艷!
料理熱熱吃最好吃是常態,但崑崙客棧卻是個喝調酒聊天的地方,所以並不像我們一般菜上來就馬上掃光,故其料理即便是放冷了依舊不回油不死鹹,就只是溫度降低了而已,堪比功夫深厚的手路菜級別,而這些料理的研發製作全都出自一位非常熱愛料理八十幾年次的年輕主廚,他的每道菜都按照步驟把每道工序處理得很細緻,當然還是有一些小細節小撇步啦!但都會很大方跟我們分享不藏私,所以如果很喜歡自己做料理的話,跟崑崙客棧的主廚應該會很好聊、而且可以互相學習到很多東西喔!

它是用真正的牛肉去切成略厚肉片,在烹調前先裏薄玉米粉鎖住肉汁,然後小火慢煨,所以牛肉非常軟嫩入味,辣椒的香辣、花椒的麻口同牛肉在嘴裡碰撞,麻辣鮮香又不死鹹的滋味,讓人忽略了唇舌的刺激,一口接著一口停不下來,而整鍋麻辣底料都是主廚自己炒的,味道完全不輸外面麻辣鍋店,會很想打包回家煮麻辣鍋啊!!

別看它名字是麻婆豆腐就覺得普通,它基底是用主廚自己炒的麻辣底料,加進豆瓣醬、醬油,再炒入豬肉末和豆腐;沾裹了花椒麻香與辣椒辛辣又帶點甜稠醬汁的滑嫩豆腐,味道是有跟醬汁緊密結合到一塊兒,不會醬是醬豆腐是豆腐分很開,非常下飯下麵,是會想打包回家的料理,亦是主廚懷念的小時候的味道!

熱熱的吃是外脆內有牡蠣爆漿的豐厚鮮香清甜,放冷了以後外皮並未變得油膩濕黏,依舊嘎蹦脆!裡頭的牡蠣同樣沒有因為冷掉而變腥,就僅僅是冷掉了而已,沾裹魚露與油蔥醬,提升了鮮甜度,並略帶輕輕油蔥香。
我個人是比較喜歡吃滑溜溜的生蠔,但這個弄熟的牡蠣料理有讓我驚艷到!
(養殖時間長體型較大的稱牡蠣,符合生食衛生標準的則稱生蠔,是同屬的。)

很少看炒蔬菜是肉比菜還突出的,通常這種狀況只在家裡自己炒菜時才會這麼豪邁吧!而且人家外面炒菜放細細的肉絲,這個直接放肉條是怎樣啦哈哈!😆
同樣是炒麻辣味兒的,入了口便會有白胡椒柔和清香與花椒麻香,邊咀嚼著鮮嫩脆口水蓮與陪襯的手切里肌肉條,陣陣肉香與整體味道做結合,那味道真不是只有炒蔬菜這麼簡單啊!

吧檯旁走進去便是一樓的用餐空間,實在很喜歡架上可愛的酒瓶,而牆上的圓窗還站著圓滾滾的麻雀,不是牆貼,是一筆一劃所畫出來的,這畫師也很厲害,全店牆上皆是他的畫作呢!
