每次帶屁孩到高醫兒牙複診,都會來雞動組鹽酥雞專賣店買點炸物來解饞,我很喜歡他們的炸雞排,大塊多汁酥酥香香又不油膩,就算帶回家去吃,也沒有出現回油軟化皮肉分離的狀況,肉品本身沒有過多的醃漬調味,保留了一點食材本身的口感和味道,而且他們的環境整理得很乾淨,就連展示櫃也擦得亮晶晶沒有小蟲子飛來飛去,還滿多附近住戶和上班族來買或叫外送的。

位在三民第一分局哈爾濱派出所附近的雞動組鹽酥雞,不但環境整潔,食材還是放置在有冷藏的玻璃展示櫃內,不用擔心衛生問題,櫃檯前有兩組座位區可以讓顧客坐著等待餐食或是直接在店內用餐,享受剛炸好熱呼呼的鹽酥雞,畢竟炸物還是熱熱吃最好吃啦!

用紙盒盛裝的鹽酥雞,感覺就高大上了起來,而且這樣吃超方便,不用擔心用紙袋濕漉油膩黏踢踢,回到家還得另外倒到容器中多洗一個碗盤超麻煩,吃完直接丟回收多省事啊!

香酥雞排($55/一份)
帶骨的大塊雞排是不分切的,大口咬下,外層麵衣金黃香酥,胡椒鹹香伴隨Q滑厚實不柴口的雞肉所帶來的甜甜肉汁在嘴裡流淌,重點是它並不油膩,就算帶回家再吃也不會有濕軟口感,是我個人最喜歡的一款炸物。

魷魚肉Q彈且帶有其本身的香氣,酥酥香香的麵衣即便放得稍久,也不會有皮肉分離又油又濕黏的狀況頗讓我驚訝,不然以往所吃到過的炸魷魚都不甚合心啊!

它吃起來很酥脆,而且還保有一點點雞皮的韌性,一邊咀嚼一邊散發出雞皮獨有的香氣,卻不會有油膩感。

比起黑輪片,它吃起來更Q更甜,而且牙齒咬下那瞬間還有薄薄脆感,很像那種日式魚板厚切的感覺。

大部份鹽酥雞都是提供炸過的蒜片和九層塔來添香,但雞動組則是提供了新鮮蒜頭和洋蔥,搭配起來反而較為爽口解油膩,雖然這樣比較沒傳統感,不過少了一種含大量油脂的九層塔,就少了一樣致肥因素嘛~這樣想罪惡感好像不會那麼重了厚!!!
