避開連假人潮,選擇了平日中午到花築壽喜燒來吃飯,雖然店裡自助吧選擇不算太多,基本都是大家吃壽喜燒常拿的那幾樣,但食材新鮮、清洗得十分乾淨整潔、補貨速度快,對於第一次來用餐的客人,服務人員也會親切說明用餐規則與注意事項,壽喜燒的味道除了符合我們的味蕾,整體用餐氛圍也令人覺得十分輕鬆自在。
90分鐘對於想一邊拍照紀錄一邊吃的人來說,是挺手忙腳亂,但若是純粹吃飯,倒也算略為寬裕,至少看來聚餐的幾桌客人是邊聊天邊吃,而不是很辛苦的埋頭苦吃,所以~OK的啦!

位於大昌二路與皓東路交叉口的花築壽喜燒,大大的帆布條走過路過都很難不去注意,門面也很有日式風格,一旁的小角落還有日式庭園造景與植栽,可以稍微遮掩在裡頭用餐客人的一舉一動。

選擇好鍋底就可以自己去拿菜了,杯子、菜盆…等器具都已經準備好放在桌上,兩人一鍋並附兩顆蛋。

再過去是水果風味飲料和汽泡飲料區,大約有九種,其中還有無糖汽泡水耶!因為壽喜燒比較重味,所以我們今天都只裝萊姆風味的無糖汽泡水來喝,才不會負擔太大啊!

平日午餐299元,有去骨雞腿肉、美國牛五花、美國低脂牛梅花、特選梅花豬、特選雪花豬,這五種肉品可選。
基本壽喜湯底兩人一鍋,若要升級成鴛鴦鍋(一邊壽喜湯底、一邊自選湯底),每鍋只要加49元即可。
單一個人開鍋的話需加價50元。
用餐時間90分鐘,無服務費,時間到的前20分鐘服務人員會至桌邊提醒。
假日和晚餐389元,除了299的五種肉品外,還多了宜蘭櫻桃鴨、南美板腱牛、鮮切雞柳這三種肉,總共八款肉品可以點喔!
