現在用酒入味兒的小食好像不太多見,這家南河田花雕炸雞,一靠近攤子就聞到花雕酒香,肚裡酒蟲蠢蠢欲動,想說不然買個幾樣加一杯綠茶來解決下午餐兼晚餐,一解好幾個月沒吃炸物的小相思也不錯!

外皮金黃香酥沒有油耗味,腿排帶著淡淡花雕酒香,吃起來Q嫩保有汁水並有酒苦味兒,不過跟雞汁的甜結合後,就化稍稍淡化掉。
上頭灑的胡椒粉是單純白胡椒粉加進一點鹽巴而已,所以鹹味只是帶過,而不掩蓋肉香與花雕酒香。

這個我覺得有比無骨腿排要來得入味,淡淡酒香與略苦感依舊,一口一個很方便吃。

我個人是非常喜歡雞翅膀的部位,因為它肉量剛好,滑嫩細緻,略帶肉汁卻不油膩,肉連著骨頭啃起來挺有爽度,而且非常入味酒香四溢。
