配方如何我不知道,但他們是依照古法,麵糊經過24小時以上低溫糊化熟成才開始進行下一步的烘焙,與其他店家不同的是,塗在進口銅模上的是蜂蠟而不是奶油,雖然用奶油外觀會比較亮且平順,但是用蜂蠟的可麗露,它的外殼會再更脆且不易變軟,而且從冷凍庫拿出來就能直接吃,不但可以吃到薄冰般的脆口外皮,內層依舊Q彈有嚼勁,其實冰冰的更好吃耶!😍

從冷凍庫拿出來不用退冰直接吃的話,深咖啡色外殼就會呈現酥脆如薄冰般的狀態,與牙齒碰撞準備咬碎外殼的那一瞬間會產生一種期待感,接著濃香和煦的焦糖甜香慢慢填滿整個口腔,然後Q軟有彈性又充滿孔洞的中央部分,則透出淡淡奶香與不太明顯的蘭姆酒香,一邊咀嚼,所有味道結合在一塊兒,竟有種在吃黑糖珍珠鮮奶的錯覺,可有趣了!
至於甜度,這真的必需要有一定比例的糖,少了,外型就會出現腰身,口感也不對了,所以若是擔心太甜,那就搭配無糖茶飲平衡一下,也正好做為下午茶邊吃邊看本書,度過難得悠閒的雨季午候吧!

雖然三種口味的可麗露各有特色,但三個裡面我還是最喜歡伯爵茶的,咬開一個破口,伯爵茶颯爽香氣直接竄入口舌鼻息間,似乎還伴隨著一縷柔美的蜂蜜香甜,你不會想把它馬上吃完,而是會想一小口一小口慢慢去品嚐那細緻的優雅滋味。

顏色最深一眼就能看出來是巧克力口味呢!巧克力的口感稍硬了些,但其Q度依舊,濃郁巧克力帶著點成熟感的甘苦,結合外殼焦糖甜香,恰如人生總不盡美,苦中帶甜卻令人永世回味!
