好久沒吃玉豆腐韓式料理了,看到菜單上增加了幾樣想吃的新菜色,尤其是色彩鮮明又大顆的烤牛肉串,腦子裡就升起一股強烈要吃到它的慾望,想說在疫情漫延的時期也不想離開生活圈,又不想把自己悶死在家裡,不如就把今年的旅遊基金,撥一點來吃餐廳解解悶,所以最近都吃得…有點滋潤啊…😅

反正心情不好除了喝酒就是吃鍋,才能平復一下每天被重低音吵到快生病的身心了…😭
南瓜、大白菜、小白菜、豬肉片、嫩豆腐、豆芽菜、小香腸、蒟蒻、紅蘿蔔、韓國年糕…最上面再放上泡麵與起司片,色彩鮮明、料多豐富的部隊鍋,只是看著就能讓我心情好上不少!

嬰兒拳頭大的牛肉丸,外頭裹上酸甜番茄醬,放上一小塊起司片然後淋上白色沙拉與黃芥末,再灑上翠綠青蔥,每顆丸子以洋蔥隔開,外型頗為繽紛亮麗!

牛肉丸吃起來頗為紮實,甜香肉汁在咀嚼中慢慢滲出輕緩牛肉香,但是若咬到醬料的部分,牛肉味道便被芥末醬覆蓋過去,使得它的滋味從牛肉香立刻轉變微濃厚醬香。
