這家米粉伯的麵,我們已經吃了近十年,切半隻鴨、再點兩大碗冬粉湯是標配,要是吃不過癮,再加半隻也是常有之事,對於吃鴨,我們從來就沒在省的!
所以現在不太愛吃什麼鴨肉飯、鴨肉麵,太小家子氣了!鴨肉就是要一口氣剁個半隻來啃才霸氣過癮啊!!

一大盤水煮鴨肉切得又厚又大塊,吃起來外皮Q彈帶著點韌性,鴨肉柔軟不柴硬,且保有其撕咬感,帶著本身的微甜以及香氣,不沾醬品嚐其原味便已足夠,沾上醬油膏,多了甜甜醬香,滋味就更豐富了。

這裡的麵都是用燙鴨子的湯一起煮的,湯亦是,故喝起來會帶有一絲絲鴨香味兒,但是加進了肉燥後,更多的還是肉燥香;
冬粉是QQ的口感,即便放久一些讓它吸飽湯汁,也不會軟爛。

米苔目是有點軟糯的Q彈,而且大碗的份量真的是能吃飽的,跟老店米苔目鹹粿專賣店的口感不太相同,個人會比較喜歡後者,份量的話則是喜歡前者。
