在鳳山近30個年頭的鳳邑麵線,用料豐富卻仍維持大碗50元的銅板價,跟我們家附近的麵線糊一比啊…簡直不要太幸福了呦!

滑稠麵線糊裡頭的腸子和肉塊放很多,腸子Q脆沒有腥臊味,處理得很乾淨,肉也大塊,上頭的粉裹得薄薄的,讓肉吃起來除了本身的Q脆外,還帶有滑口感。

白濁湯頭喝起來溫順甘甜不會太過濃,而且料給得不手軟,隨便都能撈上半湯匙的薏仁熬得軟爛,彷彿撈不完的腸子Q脆頗有嚼感,蓮子雖不多,但卻燉煮到近軟綿,這樣一碗只要35,超佛心!

是大顆的那種炸肉圓,外皮較厚,吃起來是軟軟糯糯的,肉餡則包入了筍乾丁,所以還帶點脆脆的口感與筍香。

上頭是肥瘦參半的肉燥,米糕吃起來濕潤軟糯,搭配一旁的小黃瓜,會比較爽口些。
沾上辣椒醬,多了辣椒香,比較有古早味。
