呃啊啊啊!一大早整個社區就停電檢修一整天啊!只好包袱收一收回娘家玩貓貓、下午再順道去家樂福楠梓店的玉豆腐韓式料理吃下午餐了!!

之前在愛河店時就很想點這道了,今日能得償所願實在開心!
它可以選擇辣度,長很像日式馬鈴薯燉肉,底層鋪上可以吸收湯汁的寬冬粉,然後燉至薑黃色的小雞腿肉堆疊其上,韓國年糕、紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯、洋蔥四散在周圍,頂部則以青綠蔥絲做點綴。

雞腿肉燉得軟嫩入味卻不失其撕咬感,滑口雞皮包覆著保有些許紮實口感的雞腿肉,咬下時湯汁隨著雞汁一同奔流入口,薑香與燉湯的甜濃滿溢於口舌之間,然後如針般的辛辣在舌上一點一點扎著,吃完了依舊令人回味!
胡蘿蔔與快化了的馬鈴薯燉煮得十分入味,吸飽了燉肉湯汁精華的寬冬粉也是重點,特別夠味啊!

雖說是第二次吃,但角閃石鍋盛上鋪了雙色起司、裏著甜辣韓式辣醬的六隻小雞腿上,再以青蔥點綴的熔岩起司炸雞,一端上桌還是讓我很興奮!
