前幾日帶小丫頭回義大大昌分院牙科檢查牙齒,在路上發現這家新開的貝那思.佧費,而且他們使用的是中焙咖啡豆而不是一般商業咖啡豆,而且還有販售藝伎、藍山與耶加三支單品手沖咖啡,所以趁著開幕期間有中杯以上飲品買一送一活動,約了不太喝連鎖咖啡店咖啡的朋友一起來品鑑看看。

想不到外帶咖啡店也有單品咖啡!!
這款藝伎的口感非常清晰分明,第一口熱熱的喝,苦味若隱若現,這其中還伴有輕柔焦糖香,而後甘甜味在口中輕點而過,至此先讓舌尖稍做休息,待咖啡微溫再喝下第二口吧!
第二口,酸味漸出,苦味很平穩的淺淺伴行,輕酸流逝後補上了一抹圓潤甘甜;
再稍涼些的第三口,酸味更加明朗通透,緊接而來的甘甜亦變得更為醇厚;
完全冷卻後的第四口,酸味完整釋放覆蓋口腔,酸味過後即是厚實甘甜,之前的唇齒間所經歷的酸楚則被完全抹煞、隨風而逝!
如同藝妓那般,在舞台上帶給人們無限歡愉,舞台下的辛酸苦楚又有誰人知呢?

杯底鋪上黃澄澄的的韓國柚子醬,然後注入翠綠日本丸久小山園抹茶氣泡水,放上兩片蘋果切片,不喝咖啡,就來杯雅緻清新的氣泡飲吧!
喝之前先攪拌均勻,柚子清香與甜蜜較為強勢,我幾乎感受不到抹茶的茶香,再加上細密氣泡刺激舌尖,好吧!今天就讓調皮的柚子放肆一回吧!

另外貝那思.佧費家的咖啡師似乎在不久的將來,會研發並推出一系列在韓國很流行,用果汁與咖啡結合的季節性咖啡飲品,我覺得可以期待一下喔!!
