從1995年開業至今20餘年的歐貝拉洋菓子專門店,是高雄在地頗受好評的甜點老店,最初是被他們的濃醇綿密、入口即化的小乳酪蛋糕所俘虜,後來吃到喜餅裡的手工糕餅、彌月蛋糕,偶爾我們農家堡吃貨團團員也會進貢一些甜點跟大家分享,而那些令人迷戀的甜蜜深邃滋味,便深深烙印在了腦海之中。

它的蛋糕體是外酥內綿軟的香草蛋糕,上層擠上有著濃郁奶香的煉乳奶油花、並鋪上酥脆菠蘿和杏仁片,旁邊則是薄薄一層煉乳奶油,下邊裝飾焦糖杏仁。

簡單樸實,上層覆上靄靄白雪,無任何誇張裝飾的甜點,偏偏最令人印象深刻!
還未開盒便已傳出巧克力香氣,它吃起來口感與布朗尼蛋糕相似,紮實蛋糕是以整塊法國生巧克力純手工製作的純巧克力蛋糕,有著非常單純、濃到化不開的巧克力香甜,細細咀嚼之下,苦韻隨之散發而出,與巧克力濃香結合,然後在口中留下苦甜韻味。

不同於其他鬆軟類型的長條蛋糕,它外層是金黃酥香的乳酪派皮,中間則是以鮮乳、比利時鮮奶油和義大利白酒醋…等配方,且不加一滴水所特製的鮮奶蛋糕。
中間綿軟的鮮奶蛋糕帶有一絲絲酒香,酥脆外皮為偏甜些的蛋糕體增添進乳酪清香,吃起來外酥內軟、層次分明。

這是我很喜歡的一款燒果子,捲成筒狀的酥脆千層派皮,上頭再撒上硬脆珍珠糖,中間灌入以天然香草籽所製作的濃郁卡仕達餡,酥脆香濃,再加上珍珠糖甜脆,口感十分有趣。

吃起來有葡萄乾的果香與蘭姆酒香。

雛菊造型的脆口奶油薄餅,花蕊是蜜了杏仁角與開心果碎粒加以烘焙入味的內餡,吃起來奶香與烤成焦糖化的蜂蜜甜蜜交織,再加上杏仁角的堅果香,令人回味再三。
