鳳梨酥,一直都是台灣最有特色的不敗款伴手禮,酸香金鑽土鳳梨內餡,吃得到鳳梨果肉,拌進冬瓜露,使得土鳳梨酸味被淡化,變得比較順口。

很喜歡這款房子包裝,給人一種家庭溫暖和諧的感覺。

這一片裡頭的穀物種類非常多,大麥、燕麥、小麥、糙米、山藥、黑糯米、薏仁、粟米、菠菜、番薯葉……等等,吃起來…基本上不甜,但會越嚼越香,甜度來自上頭的葡萄乾,輕輕的微甜果香,讓高纖粗食變得比一般餅乾還要好吃、耐吃上許多。
我通常會買一些放冰箱,偶爾晚餐吃得太少,運動完後肚子餓時就吃個兩片,然後喝500~800c.c.左右溫開水,過一、兩個小時再去睡覺,不然餓到睡不著也很傷身的。

意外的很不甜耶!!蛋香味沒有想像中的濃,清清爽爽一點也不膩口,
唯一甜的是周圍塔皮,但只有微微甜,且沒有很濃重的奶油味,反而是邊咬邊散出五穀雜糧那淡淡穀物香,很耐吃。

味道和原味蛋塔差不多,只是多加了一塊柔軟的黑糖麻糬,吃到那一塊時,會多出黑糖的香氣,甜度並沒有提高多少。
