想說家裡常有吃不完的水果,不如就自己來試看看,
可是,光吃饅頭其實也很無聊,
搜尋了一下看到玫瑰造型很簡單做,成品出來又漂亮,
而且一次就能上手,失敗率很低呢!

酵母粉 3克
火龍果 半顆
蜂蜜 2匙

不需加水,火龍果本身水份就很多、
泡打粉+酵母粉+少許40度以下溫開水,拌勻至粉體融化。
以下步驟建議用手拌+抓捏,喵娜因為要拍照,所以才用湯匙拌,
不然平常我是用手操作,才能拿捏麵糰軟硬度,
另外,做造型饅頭水份(果汁)不要加太多,成糰即可,
否則不好擀成型、成品也比較沒那麼漂亮喲~

由下往上推,左右收合再重複,直到麵糰光滑不黏手即可。

乾一點的麵糰做出來的花瓣就像照片那樣,比較漂亮!
